Stress relief is an essential part of our busy lives to help redress the balance between our stressed or relaxed state; we can learn to relieve stress both physically and mentally relaxing.
Relaxation is a skill that many of us struggle to understand and therefore do not choose to learn or include in our everyday lives.
We often loose contact with our physical well being as we rush round; our focus unable to let go of past experiences or exclusively focusing on planning future events, our physical bodies become overworked or neglected and disconnected until something goes wrong and we become ill.
